Day Twenty-Seven
Still on a high from yesterday.
I’m back at work today but my lovely wife has her first midwife appointment today. I did ask if she wanted me there but after some googling we both came to the same conclusion that I wasn’t required.
They need a little bit of family history for me but most of this is about the mum and the coming steps.
When I got home from work my lovely wife showed me the pack the midwife gave her, the folder and told me about the appointment.
The midwife made my lovely wife feel at ease and it was the first time in any of the pregnancies we’d had a meeting with them. This is a good sign.
And we got a folder. A folder to put all our ‘stuff’ into.
The evening ended with a chorus of burping. The midwife said this was perfectly normal.
