Day 7
No afternoon nap today so a little more snappy today. I need to keep remembering that my lovely wife is just struggling.
Went to the cinema and watched a film. Was a good distraction for the day but meant there was no afternoon sleep and that in turn lead to tiredness.
Tomorrow is another day. Hopefully I’ll do better. It think I’ve got dinner sorted so that should help.
